Dr. Fowler received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) in June 2001. She has been practicing for 17 years. She specializes in contact lens fittings, LASIK pre /post ops, and medical/ basic eye exams. Her hobbies include swimming, biking, yoga, and painting.
